BEMOL rewards its corporate and private clients for their loyalty by means of BEMOL cards.
BEMOL card is a simple, comfortable and safe mean for carrying out cashless payments for fuel, as well as an efficient instrument for monitoring and administrating your expenses related to fuel purchase.
A fuel account will be automatically opened for you upon the release of your BEMOL card. You can request several cards for the same BEMOL fuel account and adjust each BEMOL card according to your necessities. Unlike fuel tickets, you can use BEMOL card for purchase of any quantity of fuel, starting with 0,01 l until the maximum quantity in the tank. At your request, you can receive weekly/ monthly/annual reports related to fuel purchases in conformity to the card number, type and quantity of product, including details about date, time and place of each transaction’s effectuation. There are two types of BEMOL cards: pre-paid cards and post-paid cards (payment on credit).

Pre-paid card
- Owners of Pre-paid cards benefit automatically from the price discount system on the basis of volume offered by BEMOL;
- Card is offered for free when more than 100 liters are purchased;
- Card will be issued in up to 2 working days from the moment of payment obtainment by BEMOL;
- Payment can be effectuated with cash at the BEMOL Head Office or at any BEMOL petrol station, or by means of bank transfer;
- Owners of BEMOL card are not obliged to maintain any minimal balance on their BEMOL fuel account.

Post-paid card
- The card is offered for free to a trusted client;
- Payment conditions on credit will be agreed with BEMOL personally with each client in part.

BEMOL card – adapted at your specific requirements

- Identification of the card – Card can be registered on the vehicle’s register number, on driver’s or company’s name;
- Restriction by region – you can restrict the use of your cards to petrol stations located in certain regions of Moldova;
- Restriction by day and time – You can restrict the use of your card by certain days/time;
- Quantity restriction – You can restrict the use of your card by maximum fuel quantities that will be purchased daily/weekly/monthly.


How to obtain BEMOL card?

You can become the holder of a pre-paid card at any BEMOL station or at the Chisinau Head Office. Post-paid cards can be requested only in the Head office. BEMOL card with the specification of vehicle’s registration number on the obverse can be obtained only in the BEMOL Head Office.

At the request of BEMOL Card you will have to fill in the FORM OF REQUEST FOR BEMOL ACCOUNT, a sample of which you will be able to find below:

- Form for individuals (*)
- Form for legal persons (**)

(*) Before filling in the FORM, please read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BEMOL CARDS USE.
(**) Please approach any BEMOL station or the head office of the company in order to receive all necessary information on signing the Collaboration Agreement.


How to use my BEMOL card?

In order to effectuate vehicle’s fueling, insert individually the card in the card reader device installed on the pump or transmit it to our operator. After termination of fueling, you will get a receipt that will contain information about fuel purchase, as well as balance on your BEMOL fuel account (at your discretion).
Take into consideration the fact that in case when vehicle’s registration number is mentioned on the card, the fueling of another vehicle is impossible.


How is being effectuated the fueling of additional containers?

The release of fuel in additional containers, that correspond to the security standards, by means of BEMOL card is effectuated at request of legal persons only in case when the registration number is not mentioned on the card and only at the presentation of a letter from the administration of the given company (mentioning that the company is not against the release of fuel in additional containers) or after the consent received from the representative of company’s Client Service representative.
The release of fuel in additional containers, which correspond to the security standards, by means of BEMOL card is being effectuated at request of natural persons without any restriction.
